The Vidyalaya participated in the social exhibition at Cluster level Regional level And national level, held in the month of September 2009.

At the cluster level our two modals, KAPPOR THALA RAIL COACH FACTORY (working modal) and GREAT BARRIER REEF OF AUSTRALIA were selected for regional and same for national level.

Under the coaching of PET Sh. M.K. Dey, the KVS Kolkata Region won Gold Medal in All India KVS National Meet 07 in 2007 held in KVS Bhopal Region by becoming unbeated champion in Cricket U/19 yrs age group.

Two outstanding students of this Vidyalaya got selection to represent KVS Kollkata Region in the All India KVS National Meet, 2007 in Athletics under 17 yrs age group in the event 3000M Run & 5000 M. Run and in High Jump.

One talented student represented KVS Kolkata Region in Inter-Regional Meet against KVS Patna Region in 2007 in Volley Ball Boys.

Vidyalaya Football & Volleyball team lifted the glory of this Vidyalaya and became unbeaten champion in KVS (Kolkata) Pool Meet at KV No. - 2 Kharagpur and reached upto semifinal in KVS Regional Meet (Kolkata Region).

The Vidyalaya participated in the Social Science Exhibition an cluster loved at KV Asansol on 25-08-2007. 24 students participated and the Vidyalaya got 3rd position in Group Dance.

The Vidyalaya orgainised 138th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi at school level on 15-10-2007 in which exhibits were displayed on the topics March to Freedom. Debates, Speeches, Community services were also conducted.
